Hi, I’m nakhesia sheen
I’m just like you—balancing life, business, and family while learning (and laughing) along the way.
My Story: Juggling It All—And Learning to Laugh Along the Way
If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing a hundred things at once, trying to lead, grow, care, and stay centered—you’re not alone. I see you because I am you. And I’ve built this work for women like us.
From leaving my coffee in the microwave for two days to raising kids while launching a business to questioning if I’m really cut out for all this—I've lived it.
What I’ve learned? The hard days make the best stories. The mistakes become lessons. And the moments that feel overwhelming today?
They’ll make you laugh tomorrow.
Why I Started Helping Women Like Me
For years, I looked around and saw so many brilliant women—especially women of color and from marginalized backgrounds—doubting themselves. Sitting on their potential. Feeling like they had to shrink to belong. I knew I had to do something.
That’s why I started coaching, networking, and creating spaces where we can show up fully—as our whole selves.
Through my work, my goal is to help women:
Find the confidence to step into their purpose
Build thriving businesses while keeping life (mostly) balanced
Laugh at their mistakes instead of letting them hold them back
Create real connections with other women who get it
My Mission: Growth, Leadership & A Little Bit of Laughter
To empower women to lead, grow, and thrive—especially those who haven’t always had a seat at the table. To create spaces where success is defined on your own terms. To remind you that you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I believe that success looks different for every woman.
Some days, you’ll be crushing your goals.
Some days, you’ll feel like a total mess.
Both are part of the journey.
I’m here to remind you that even on the hard days, you’re still growing.
Whether through coaching, networking, or just sharing my fails-turned-lessons, my mission is to:
Help women grow with confidence.
Create spaces for honest, real conversations.
Encourage women to see the humor in the struggle.
You don’t have to figure it all out today.
Just take the next step—and know that you’re not doing this alone. You’ve got this.
And if you don’t? We’ll laugh about it later.
